Chickpea Salad & Feta Grilled Chicken

INGREDIENTS
2 8-oz containers of Cedar’s Chickpea Salad
3-4 boneless chicken breasts
½ cup feta, crumbled
1 tablespoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Heat olive oil over medium high heat in a large skillet. Add the chicken and brown, cooking for about 8-10 minutes and flipping to cook evenly. Remove from skillet when cooked.
Once cooked, top chicken with Cedar’s Chickpea Salad and feta.
